Caring For The Lost

Caring For The Lost seeks to share with others the experiences, and day to day struggles experienced by our family as we care for my Mum who has alzheimers disease and my Auntie who has advanced vascular dementia. It seeks to be a frank and open account in the hope that it can support others who may be in a similar situation and help them to feel a little less alone. Caring For The Lost was so named as I often feel that the family members I love, that are so familiar, are present but at the same time lost which is one of the most heartbreaking feelings imaginable.
